A: When you purchase the Monthly Subscription of CHITUBOX Pro, it will automatically charge you on a monthly basis. The monthly charge starts from the day you purchase, not when you first activate your Pro Monthly license.

Q: Can I cancel the automatic renewal of my CHITUBOX Pro Monthly Subscription?

A: Yes.

Please login and enter "My Account", in the "My License" module, find the Pro version you purchased and click "Unsubscribe". Cancellation of auto-renewal does not affect the normal use of the purchased CHITUBOX Pro Monthly Edition.

Q: Can I enjoy the first-month discount of the CHITUBOX Pro Monthly Subscription every month?

A: Each registered user can only enjoy the first month offer($9.99/First Month) of CHITUBOX Pro once.

Note: Each registered user can only purchase 1 Pro Monthly Edition at the same time. If you have already purchased and did not cancel the auto-renewal, you cannot purchase a second Pro Monthly Edition.

Q: How should I choose between the Monthly and Annual Editions of CHITUBOX Pro?

A: Most users would choose the Annual Edition, and it starts from the date when you activate your license, not the day of purchase. If you have long-term usage needs, it is recommended that you purchase the Annual Edition of CHITUBOX, and you don't have to worry about auto-renewal. However, the Monthly Edition is starts from the day of your purchase, with the first monthly discount.
