- Acceptance of Terms and Updates
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to any purchaser or user (“you”, “your”) of CHITUBOX or CHITUBOX Pro licence, CHITUBOX Account Associated referral link, or license code. Your purchase or use constitutes acceptance of these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time at our discretion. We will provide you with notice of the updated Terms by posting the updated Terms on this page, and the Terms will be effective upon posting. Please check back regularly to review the current Terms.
- Issuer, CHITUBOX Account, Referral Policy
CHITUBOX Referral Policy is issued and managed by CBD-Tech, LLC (“Issuer”, “we”, “us”), a China limited liability company.
You can link digital CHITUBOX Pro license codes with your CHITUBOX Account (“Account”). The valid time of your CHITUBOX Pro license linked to your Account.
We will generate a referral link for you to use.
If you have not used CHITUBOX Pro yet or still on 7-day free trial, get one referral register on chitubox.com and start the 7-day free trial, you will receive 7 days CHITUBOX Pro license; if your referral completes the purchase, you will receive 14 days CHITUBOX Pro license.
If you are already a CHITUBOX Pro user, get one referral register on chitubox.com and start the 7-day free trial, you and your referral both receive 7 days CHITUBOX Pro license; if your referral completes the purchase, you and your referral both receive 30 days CHITUBOX Pro license.
If you get more than 10(include 10) referrals and complete the purchases, you will receive physical prize(including 500G Conjure Resin, Hi-Fi Earbuds, etc)and digital badges(redeem prizes).
Reminder: chitubox.com will generate the license codes automatically. Also, if you accumulate more than one year, then please contact our customer service to help add those extra days for you.
- Restrictions of Referral Policy
You can use all your license codes on chitubox.com. Your associated valid time balance cannot be used for different accounts. Once you link the code to your Account, the balance becomes associated with your Associated Balance, and you will no longer be able to use the code again.
License codes are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund; exchanged; resold; or used to purchase on chitubox.com. Unused Associated Valid Time Balances are not transferable.
Issuer maintains information about the status of license codes. Contact CHITUBOX for information about the status of your Account and any Associated Valid Time Balance. For more information can e-mail to support@chitubox.com
You agree to not use CHITUBOX Pro license codes in any manner that is unlawful, misleading, deceptive, unfair, or otherwise harmful to Issuer, CHITUBOX, or its customers. We and CHITUBOX reserve the right, without notice to you, to void or deactivate CHITUBOX Pro license codes without a refund, suspend or terminate Accounts, request alternative forms of payment, suspend or terminate the ability to purchase products or limit orders, and bill alternative forms of payment if we suspect CHITUBOX Pro license codes were obtained, used, or associated with an Account unlawfully, fraudulently, or otherwise in violation of these Terms.
